My current self-care practices are:
- Wake up between 6am 7am (depending on the quality of sleep I had)
- Perform 20 minutes to an hour of physical exercise whether it be using the home gym or yoga
- Meditate every morning using Headspace
- Complete my daily brain workout using Lumosity
- Have my BYS coffee with a big nutritious breakfast
- Take Frankie on a long walk to clear my mind
- Perform my daily skin care routine
- Go to bed between 9pm & 10pm to wind down
